Castle Mountain comes into view as you reach the Storm Mountain Summit. I have painted it many times and each time I see a new crevice, rockface, treeline, and snowline. I’ve hiked to the lake behind it carrying an inflatable raft only to find the lake frozen. Watercolour. Sold. Erla Mottram.
