In January of 2024, there was an incredible freeze and all of the buds died on the tree fruit trees. This meant no peaches or apricots grew in the spring of that year. So I painted this orchard in Osoyoos, BC with a dark twist. 9″ x 12″ Watercolour. On 140 lb paper. By Courtenay Pitcher.
